We are a well-established company currently seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Foreman/Technician to join our San Diego team.
Job duties include but not limited to; conducting service calls, systems testing and inspections to company standards, performing on-site emergency troubleshooting and repairs of customers fire alarm systems, identify issues and execute the repair. Always maintain communication with office staff. Oversee projects according to specifications, preparing accurate and timely reports; may also include installing alarm panels. This includes project field execution, coordination, project estimating, and ensuring quality control. Establish and maintain lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent support and service response times.
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections on low-voltage fire alarm system
Document inspections
Conduct inspections on emergency lights and exit lights.
Communicate with office staff and customers on system troubles and job requirements.
Requirements:
NICET certified (or ability to become certified)
+5 years of alarm field service and installation experience.
California State Fire Life Safety Certification (or ability to become certified)
Current driver’s license
Strong critical thinking skills
Strong communicator, both written and verbal
