Project coordinator
Duties to include but not limited to:
Make calls to vendors to obtain quotes for different project tasks
Place and follow up material and equipment order
Obtain and submit subcontractor purchase order requests
Organize vendor and other project paperwork
Schedule site walkthroughs
Monitor projects progress on a daily basis
Assist estimating department as needed
Superior understanding of jobs’ entire scope of work from plan, specs, logistics, materials orders, submittals and close out documents.
Schedule client meetings
Read and understand plan and specs
Draft and review change orders as needed
Pick up materials / deliveries/ errands as needed using the company truck
- Requirements and qualifications:
-Good interpersonal communication
-Superior organizational abilities, -Excellent time-management skills
-Problem-solving skills- and decision -making abilities
- Multitasking and ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
Great understanding of Microsoft office and general computer skills
Valid DL and clean record
Minimum 3 to 5 years of similar experience
