Mission del Magnolia, A 249 space family mobilehome community in Santee is currently seeking a motivated, general laborer to assist with our general maintenance needs. Candidate must have general knowledge landscaping, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall etc. to help maintain the parks 75+ park-owned rental units.
Our perfect candidate will possess an ownership mentality, great customer service skills, is able to work in a fast-paced environment, is attentive to surroundings and takes ownership in the property and is capable of positively receiving direction.
Must have valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage.
PARTIAL HOUSING CREDIT INCLUDED WITH WAGE IF YOU CHOOSE TO LIVE ON SITE.
