Job Responsibilities:
Oversee carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
Lead and mentor a team of carpenters and installers.
Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely and effectively.
Maintain project timelines and coordinate with other departments.
Troubleshoot and solve problems on-site as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in carpentry, with leadership experience preferred.
Proficient in working with wood, laminates, acrylics, and other materials.
Strong knowledge of trade show displays, cabinetry, or custom fabrication.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Skilled in using hand and power tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license (preferred).
