We are a highly respected, family-owned solar company with close to two decades of experience, many happy customers, and strong online reviews on Yelp, GOOGLE, BBB, etc. WE ARE EXPANDING TO INCLUDE ROOFING IN 2026. Our existing sales territory includes all of San Diego and Riverside counties. We are seeking to hire a C-39 contractor as a full-time RME to manage operations and installations. There is huge growth potential for the person that we hire in this position.
This is an active, hands-on position for an individual who's willing to get in the trenches and get their hands dirty to help accomplish the team's goals. And we do operate as a team!
Job responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Estimating and bid prep
- Project management
- Permitting activities
- Material acquisition, logistics and management
- Code compliance
- Inspections
- Hiring/firing, scheduling and management of installation crews
- Training and safety
