Xmas Project Designer Needed
(with the possibility of a mechanical engineer apprentice)
Primary Goal: Design and Build Santa’s Workshop
Fits into approximately 72in x 150 in space
Lightweight
Easy Assembly
Portable
Awesome Holiday Décor
Must include Santa’s Mailbox
Process:
1. Submit Design or Inquiries for consideration as soon as possible
2. Design chosen will be paid $20/hr for documented hours for
design up to 10 hours (negotiable)
a. Design should include
i. description of assembly
ii. description of materials with potential costs
iii. approximate weight
iv. drawing of workshop
3. Design chosen will be paid for all materials to build up to $500
(Additional funds available if written into proposal)
4. Designer chosen will be paid $25/hour for assembly
5. Designs to be submitted by 11/20/2025 (the sooner the better)
(Last Design included a train that ran through it but we are open to suggestions)
Also any additional décor submissions will be accepted once the Workshop is chosen)
