- Manage logistics of parts for builds, organizing and maintaining the data Create Purchase Requisitions, maintain invoice tracking and Goods Receipts Work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Support NPI test equipment and fixture purchasing for multiple projects, including budget tracking, build readiness, logistics and implementation of finance policies
- Manage and track hardware inventories
- Oversee purchase requests ensuring that justifications are cogent and thoroughly vetted. Follow approvals to ensure deadlines
- Serve as the key point of contact for requesters, business operations, procurement, finance and others to troubleshoot and resolve purchase order issues
- Coordinate BOMs (bill of materials) readiness, purchase cycle order tracking and ETA’s, solve custom issues ensuring procurement and project cycles are completed
- Report and communicate on BOM and build readiness. logistics issues and inventories ensuring data integrity in all reporting
- You are a highly organized and independently motivated individual with strong analytical capabilities
- You are resourceful with the ability to prioritize and excel in a fast- paced environment
- You are a high-energy tactical execution expert and a team player, with a friendly can-do attitude
- You have an understanding of basic BOM components (preferably for hardware products)
- You have prior experience with overseas vendors
- You have experience on hardware and custom fixture & instrumentation procurement
- You have knowledge and understanding of internal factory process
- You are detail-oriented and have strong multitasking abilities
- You have excellent communication (written and verbal)
- You are proficient in MS Excel (Macros ability) and Product Lifecycle Management systems or other data base platforms
- SAP experience a plus
- BS degree, plus at least 2 years related NPI procurement experience or equivalent
