My client is a high-growth, venture-backed, and award-winning company that has pioneered person-centric interoperability. Their SaaS technology platform serves as the foundation for the rapid collection, management, and sharing of healthcare data privately and securely with HIPAA compliance / HITRUST certification. They are seeking a strong and experienced UX/UI Designer to lead design efforts across their flagship Web product. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the B2B space, and have worked on both Web and Native mobile products. He/she must be comfortable within an entrepreneurial environment and be a highly effective communicator and leader within our team and with stakeholders. This person should identify and drive best practices and tools to strive for continuous improvement within the team. Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI designer.
  • Experience designing across Web and Native Mobile products.
  • Experience in one or more of the following tools: Figma, Zeplin, Axhare, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • A portfolio of professional UX/UI work.
  • Ability to own the end to end design process.
  • Strong team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Exposure the healthcare space.
  • Experience working on an EHR product.
What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown
  • 100% hands on design.
