Main Duties & Responsibilities:- Investigate user experience design requirements for company's suite of digital assets.- Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.- Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, & prototypes.- Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, & widgets.- Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.- Collaborate with marketing team, as well as internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.- Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.- Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.

Skills & Requirements:- Bachelors Degree in Visual Design or related field is preferred.- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.- Proficient in one or more design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Axshare, Sketch, InVision, and Visio.- In-depth knowledge with HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite.- Working experience with Agile/Scrum and ability to work with PM to define task steps, phases, and timelines.- Proven ability to own entire design process from mockups, prototypes, to usability studies and the ability to hand-off work to developers.- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.- Ability to work as a team player as well as independently.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
