This role requires an individual that will drive automation projects from creation to realization Request Intake Process Facilitation This involves the creation of and facilitation of the intake process to collect new ideas/requests. Initially the goal is to qualify the request as either 'Automation Ready' or 'Business Process Improvement' required. This role would need to define what the minimum amount of required data is necessary for this assessment while ensuring the Process Owner has a quick, efficient experience with consistent communication on action items and request status throughout the entire project lifecycle Solution Path Assessment Once the request is determined to be a fit for the Automation Center of Excellence, this role would need to partner with Developers to determine the appropriate solution path, whether it be RPA or alternative tools such as Alteryx, Python or Workato. Demonstrating a process re-engineering mindset is required as the majority of requests will require the identification of process/data gaps with defined solution plans to overcome them. Automation for over a 1000 different projects Receive a project - automation ready or needs some information and process improvements Is it making a workflow? Is the process organized ? Is everything there ? If so is it automation ready or require process improvement RPA experience with Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or other RPA Experience with Alteryx, Workato or Python preferred
