Stefanini is looking for a Events Manager in San Francisco, CA Job Description:The Senior Engagement Producer leads the overall production of in-person and/or virtual engagements. The Senior Producer is responsible for leading, planning and overseeing the engagement by coordinating all moving parts, including: understanding the business partner's objectives and formulating a proposal; monitoring schedules and hosting regular status meetings; facilitating rehearsals and tech checks; and testing and validating all logistical elements. The Senior Engagement Producer oversees all day-of engagement production activities and leads other producers, technologists, and business partners to ensure engagements are executed efficiently, meet strategic objectives and exceed business partner and attendee expectations. Responsibilities:Interpret business partner's needs and conceptualize overall engagement strategy to develop, promote and deliver in-person and virtual productions. Establish business partner and attendee objectives, define logistical and technical solutions, and assign production roles and responsibilities. Coordinate production and technical team to design, test and deliver all production services while meeting established project milestones. Orchestrate day-of execution of all services, including coordinating talent, producers, technologists, and business partners; launching and hosting digital production tools; and managing program elements and engagement flow. Source and contract venues and vendors and lead site visits to capture vision and engagement objectives. Assist key stakeholders in assessing engagement objectives and performance. Identify, analyze, and employ emerging tools, technologies and techniques to produce events that engage, excite and entertain.
