Job Description:The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

Roles and responsibilities:- Define the product strategy and roadmap- Deliver market requirement documents and product requirement documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification- Work with external third parties to assess integration and licensing opportunities- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples- Be an expert with respect to the competition - possess deep knowledge and awareness of industry- Able to reach out to Peers within the industry regarding customer/consumer trends- Drive technical direction and provide product leadership- Engage in several large mission critical projects simultaneously- Acts as mentor to more junior personnel- Present product progress to key leaders within the company- Work with sales/marketing personnel to gain feedback from potential and current customers in order to keep products at the top of industry- Develop a budget for new product development and/or new version development.- Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.

Required industry experience:- Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Product Manager, Customer Experience or Business Analyst experience

Required technical experience- Knowledgeable in technology.- Computer Science or Engineering degree or work experience a strong plus.

Required education and certifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, MIS, or other related fields or equivalent work experience.
