- Own, lead and drive conversion track of Workday project for PeopleSoft to Workday data elements.
- Strong communication skills to problem solve with HR business users and Accenture consultants on data defects.
- Strong team skills to work with HR business users, Accenture consultants, off-shore support teams to organize and drive problem resolution and tight timelines
- Partner with Accenture conversion lead to ensure end to end conversion of PS to Workday data has the accurate extract, transformation and load rules as defined and signed off by the CLIENT business team
- Define plan for remaining full conversion activities which include payroll parallel build and production go-live
- Assist business with any 3rd party conversion technical challenges and partner with Accenture and vendor to resolve
- Partner with data conversion lead for business sign-off on data conversion
- Clearly communicate issues, risks and defects and opportunities in conversion plan that may not lead to a successful conversion for go-live
- 5-7 professional experience in technical management of HR systems – PeopleSoft and or Workday preferred
- HR project experience as a Data Conversion Tech lead preferred
- Management of other technical teams
- Strong writing, speaking and communication skills (ability to synthesize information into a clear, simple explanation)
- Strong ability and willingness to collaborate effectively; work well with others and is considered a true team player
- Positive attitude, scrappy ‘get the job done’/can do anything creative problem-solver
- Enjoys learning from and teaching others
