Our fast-growing client is seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer with a strong customer service orientation to receive and resolve IT support issues and requests for internal users.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer:- Provide support to employees for problem resolution with IT, AV, and communications systems
- Help with IT inventory, purchasing, asset management, machine provisioning, onboarding, and other key processes
- Provide hands-on troubleshoot of hardware, software applications, networking, and other technical issues
- Develop and document best practices, tools and tips, enhancing internal troubleshooting processes
- Manage relationships with vendors and 3rd party providers for application support
- Provide timely resolution to problems and serve as a point of escalation for team and users
- Develop processes for reviewing, testing, documenting, and improving practices within the team
- Experience with provisioning, imaging Macs/PCs/chromebooks
- JIRA/Confluence, Slack, Okta, and G-Suite experience
- Customer service background a plus
