Client Revenue Program Managers (PgM) lead operations and delivery of Client critical work towards enabling revenue durability by empowering Client Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to thrive and scale. As a Revenue Product PgM, you will be responsible for driving the future of Client Ads products, while leading cross-functional initiatives that span the breadth of the org. What you'll do:•Support strategic alignment and delivery of company-wide programs and projects in support of Client revenue products•Partner with program stakeholders and support execution from requirements to delivery•Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure teams meet their scheduled targets by implementing industry standard methodologies in team management and roadmap delivery, creating novel solutions where appropriate•Partner with Sr Program Manager, Sales Leads and various stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business requirementsQualifications:•2+ years as a Program Manager or related field, ideally in tech•Consistent track record of shipping products at scale, with customer impact•Experience driving alignment and results across multiple teams, functions, and locations to drive alignment and results•Solid understanding and application of project methodologies to plan and execute projects: including stakeholder managements, deliverable / milestone planning, risk and issues tracking and mitigation•Proven track record of identifying and resolving systemic issues•Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, while working autonomously•Strong oral and written communications skills up through executive level
