About the RoleAs a TPM in Uber's Engineering organization, you will define and drive products that deliver an exceptional experience for engineers and engineering managers / leaders. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at Uber speed. As the TPM, you will ensure the delivery of progressive Engineering experiences ranging from recruiting, onboarding, performance management, career development and organizational planning. In this role, you'll apply a consumer-centric product approach maximizing design, experimentation, and data to deliver a groundbreaking engineering experience.What You'll Do- Lead the design and delivery of best-in-class engineering experiences using existing and new platforms and products
- Work with a customer-empathetic attitude to drive requirements and adoption of products in recruiting, performance management and organizational planning
- Create a seamless user experience across multiple tech stacks and processes
- Lead prioritization and trade-offs between schedule, performance, and cost
- Align key cross-functional partners to ensure scalable solutions and operational excellence
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to meet strategic and financial (ROI) goals
- Collaborate with systems engineers, developers, design, data science, UX, and behavioral researchers
- Clearly communicate plans, insights, data, KPIs and results to a spectrum of audiences including executives, other product teams, and other decision-makers across Uber
- Strong experience with a design thinking point of view
- Data-centric decision-making ability.

- A computer science undergraduate degree or other engineering degree equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years experience delivering highly successful and innovative technology platforms with your signature all over them
- Previous experience with workforce, talent, and people technology tools and ecosystem
