- Plan, design, and implement features in our web app, both front-end and back-end
- Build and integrate new architecture, frameworks, technologies and everything that makes great software
- Communicate with our customers to understand their workflow and their needs, and translate those into a seamless product experience
- Work closely with the founders and shape the future of our engineering practices as an early engineer
- Bridge the gap between visual design and technical implementation
- 7+ years of relevant experience , specifically some time as a tech/team lead.
- Experience with design, implementation, and testing of complex, secure, and scalable web applications.
- Experience with full-stack development and technologies - ES6, TypeScript, Node.js, React.
- Experience with modern full-stack web application frameworks like Next.js, Prisma, GraphQL.
- Experience working in an agile development team and operating a CI/CD pipeline.
