Contract to Hire Opportunity The Desktop Support Tech in this position will solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure and internal desktop systems. Candidates must have 1 of the following certifications to qualify: A+, Network+, or Security+ or acquire one of them within 120 days. Friday 8 am to 5 pm shift - may be adjusted 1 hour later or earlier depending on client need and current shift allocation. Overview:
- Computer imaging, AD provisioning via various media
- Software install / re-install (including VMWare)
- New hires provisioning and remote provisioning
- Asset recovery
- Must have Desktop Support experience
- Must have A+, Network+ or Security+ to qualify or acquire one of them within 120 days
- Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products
- Good verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to transform technical IT language into terms everyone understands
- Relatable with customers and impeccable with follow-through
