- Handle various responsibilities such as planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspect of the project
- Should be comfortable to work with any of the agile modules
- Decide deadlines and budget of the project accordingly
- Interact with company clients and understand their requirements
- Maintain status report of the project and also keep a record of the previous reports
- Compile historical data available with the team and present it for reference of senior officials and the team members on the project
- Present status reports of the project to the senior officials of the organization
- Conduct training sessions for the team members and explain to them using the agile methods
- Maintain the software systems and provide necessary infrastructure such as software and operating system
- Help in the development and implementation of agile projects
- Assist in team development by removing road-blocks to their work, mentoring them and making a good utilization of organizational resources to improve capacity for project work
- Promote empowerment of the team by ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project with meaningful contribution
- Encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team.
- 8-10 years progressive work related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines / technologies / processes related to the position
- 3-5 years managing teams and / or significant complex projects
- Must have Agile experience
- Proven record in delivering large scale complex programs, primarily in the Digital space
- Proven, prior experience as Release Train Engineer for long lived value streams and Products
- Demonstrated Release Train Engineer experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation. Experience coordinating multiple teams in a technology environment
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing and explaining technical and project related information to clients, vendors, senior management and staff
- Ability to easily build new relationships and proactively establish a variety of contacts across the organization
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams
- Broad range of program management and leadership skills required
- Proven ability to balance concurrent activities
- Strong knowledge and experience in software development in an Agile environment
- Certifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification or equivalent
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4) certification or equivalent
- SAFe Certified Release Train Engineer certification or equivalent
