- Endpoint management and configuration
- Patches and updates
- Cloud VDI operation managing AWS Workspaces.
- Design and support hardware, software, and cloud services to help deploy, manage, track, and audit mobile devices in the AirWatch MDM system.
- Perform second-level testing and evaluation of vendor-supplied software packages to determine capability with existing systems for use in the company environment.
- Analyze and implement security software components and coordinate security changes with Data Security and Technical Services staff to ensure that all security policies are enforced and adhered to.
- Monitor systems metrics and capacity/loads and document observations to make sure network performance is not impacted.
- Develop, maintain, and publish intermediate-level project plans for small projects.
- Assist in maintaining and testing the platform-specific recovery practice.
- Work with various platform-supported communications protocols and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
