This is a remote work opportunity.Responsibilities:Responsible for Aprimo implementation Incident Management, Defects Management, Service Requests Management, SLA Management and Production Triaging

Implement approved change requests that require configuration

Manage all Service Requests with Aprimo related to Aprimo product defects

Work with KPMG help desk Level 1 to resolve admin and workflow issues related to Aprimo configurations and/or integrations from internal applications and third-party systems

Updates documentation of all configurations and create quick reference guides

Provide technical management to offshore Aprimo development resources

Qualifications:Minimum of six years Aprimo hands-on end-to-end implementation experience and/or Production Support and Maintenance

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Aprimo Certified (MRM) preferred

Expert level understanding of the Aprimo platform, underlying Marketing/Operations processes and overall architecture

Technologist focused on Aprimo MRM, DAM, Financials and Aprimo reporting application solution design

Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; Must be able to set and execute strategic initiatives for team

Creative thinker with ability to identify innovative business solutions; Ability to develop strategic organization and resource plans, defining next generation business and leadership needs
