- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong communication skills: both verbally as in writing. The single biggest skill they need here, must be able to navigate through large complex organizations.
- Ability to facilitate meetings; and seek consensus between participants
- Demonstrable experience in task management, and light project management
- Good analytical skills and use of methodologies and frameworks
- Ability to structure, organize, and summarize large amount of structured data
- Affinity with system development, regulatory requirements, information security, privacy, etc
- Task management: administer and facilitate closure of action items related to legal requests, system data quality, and project work
- Support system enhancements: document functional requirements, test new functionalities, create end-user documentation
