Position Title: : PROJECT (CLINICAL) MANAGER

Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94086 , Hybrid Role

Role Type: Long Term contract

Roles & Responsibilities: • Works with management to identify new process improvement opportunities in the areas of product and/or process quality, cost, performance, and preventive and predictive maintenance.• Evaluates and analyzes current process metrics and performance to identify areas requiring improvements.• Develops process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and productivity.• Facilitates the deployment of new and changed processes to provide improved results.• Develops standard procedures and policies to be followed by the Engineers.• Trains and guide resources as needed.• Works with various teams to reduce process and business variations.• Assists Managers in management for capital projects.• Prepares project presentations for management when needed.

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training: • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a related field• Advanced degree (Master’s in Engineering or a related field) preferred• Minimum 8+ years of progressive hands-on experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Lean training and experience required. A track record of lean transformation. Green belt or higher is a preferred qualification.• Exposure to Business Excellence initiatives.• Strong analytical and proven data analytics skills.• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)• Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.• Hands on with Supplier Quality, lead internal/external audits as necessary.• Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.• Ability to navigate multiple projects with changing priorities. Ability to execute to project timelines. Project Management experience and certification preferred.• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
