  • Identifies software product needs and requirements and leads prioritization and development of features/functionality.
  • Works with cross-functional teams during product development lifecycle to define, vet, and prioritize requirements, and monitor work through deployment and post-deployment activities. Proactively identifies problems, recommends solutions, and escalates as needed.
  • Responsible for socializing product features/enhancements to stakeholders, including knowledge transfer and training for on-going management of product. 1+ years of industry or product management experience
About the Role
  • As a Product Manager, you will help define the product roadmap by working with your product management counterparts and leaders to identify and drive forward new capabilities. You will collaborate with dependent product teams to ensure that the end to end implementation journey is thorough and thoughtful. You will write robust requirements, prioritize the backlog across different features and apps, and work closely with the engineering teams to deliver and test quality software.
  • The role requires a strong product mindset; a combination of business savvy, customer centricity and technical knowledge. We are looking for experienced product managers that have an inquisitive nature and want to solve complex business and customer problems without boundaries.
  • Executes Voice of the Customer (VOC) roadmap enhancements for Medallia and Apptentive customer feedback tools
  • Acts as a project manager to ensure timelines are met, design decisions are signed off, UAT testing is complete, etc.
  • Liaison between VOC vendors and internal stakeholders to design solutions that meet stakeholder needs
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and makes recommendations to improve inefficiencies
Who you are:
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital product management environment, with focus on customer experience or voice of the customer
  • Experience working with Medallia (MEC Admin Suite credentials are a plus)
  • Knowledge in Natural Language Processing & Text Analytics for customer feedback
  • Established clear communication with vendor and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated technical acumen; ability to influence and debate solutions with technical team members, to understand technology solutions and potential tradeoffs and to represent technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with several independent stakeholders at once, prioritizing across them and influencing roadmaps
  • Ability to work independently; able to successfully operate in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity; self-starter and quick learner; calm and efficient under pressure
  • Versatile and able to prioritize/handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment with tough deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute yearly survey refresh and subject line testing to increase response rates and drive customer engagement
  • Partner with Gaptech and PDM teams to add customers segments to Medallia dashboard reporting
  • Optimize fulfillment survey touchpoints for BOPIS, Online Post-Fulfillment, and Post-Returns
