Role :: Contingent Collateral Portfolio Monitoring Generalist- Location :: San Fransisco, CA Duration :: 3 Months Duration Job Description Responsibilities Include the following: 1)adhering to and complying with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.); 2)adhering to Bank policies and procedures; 3) completing required training; 4) identifying and reporting potential suspicious activity to the BSA/AML Officer; and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank. Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory Skills You could be a great fit if you have: Must possess 3 to 5 years of experience in banking and lending, with a strong customer service background preferred. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Passion for delivering extraordinary service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts in a way that's easy to understand. Must be able to work independently, efficiently, and possess good organization and prioritization skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks within strict time constraints. Possess strong interpersonal skills and maintain composure while dealing with challenging situations. Experience with loan systems such as NetOxygen, TotalPlus, AFS Level III and/or OnBase a plus. Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, notably MS Excel. Must be able to provide extraordinary service and have fun!
