Location: San Francisco-Hybrid Remote

Duration: 6 months plus

Job Description:In this position the Planning Analyst assists with recordkeeping, contract administrative support, and processing contract renewals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Create, and update records and databases with financial and other contract-related dataPreparing contract documents for the Ariba system which manages material/service ordering & procurement.Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.Monitor Purchase OrdersReview contract invoices, and accruals, identify disparities and resolve issues with the vendors.Review future contract costs and be able to forecast future liabilities for each contract.Sharing and clarifying contract processes, conditions and details with management, business partners and employees.Reviewing contracts, verifying the accuracy and resolving discrepancies in line with company rules and guidelines.Generate standardized and ad hoc reportsAnd other miscellaneous responsibilities as needed

Required Skills:Ability to operate in a matrixed environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft Project) and SharePoint or equivalent collaborative tools.Familiarity with

office management procedures and basic accounting and bookkeeping principles

Desired Skills:Soft tools (e.g. how to facilitate startup meetings) to manage project activities. Hard tools: Access, Excel skills,Data Management: Gathers, groups, classifies, or arranges written information or data in some meaningful order or form (e.g., reports, charts, graphs); data management includes determining what data to gather, and accurately maintaining data files.Metrics Reporting: Coordinates metrics reporting and ensures metrics with the associated analytics supporting the metrics are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

This role may require on-location work with WWT customers. Some customers may require WWT employees and contractors coming on-site to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and/or to receive frequent negative COVID-19 testing.
