Job Description

  • Oversee marketing project and campaign planning, creative production process management, technology infrastructure, data and analytics
  • Ensure the number of error-free projects shipped vs. total projects shipped is as low as possible
  • Own NA marketing operations across lifecycle and trade marketing owned channels (email, push, in-app)
  • Own the relationship with our execution agency: streamline communications and project delivery and increase velocity
  • Own the CRM intake process for the entire business, ensure adherence, optimize and adjust process as needed
  • Own resource planning across channels to ensure that we are utilizing our execution resources efficiently and effectively
  • Manage our relationships with our execution agency to ensure high-quality, one time delivery of campaigns across email execution and campaign build
  • Partner with creative and creative ops to ensure effective brief intake, project planning, creative handoff and QA
  • Run retrospectives and feedback sessions to continue iterating and improving processes
  • Partner with data analytics on defining segments for owned channels
  • Build partnerships and instill trust with marketers, and CRM team
  • members and the business as a whole
  • Communicate and coordinate status updates, launch confirmations,
  • ETAs, blockers, and campaign results
  • Act as the primary CRM stakeholder in conversations with product and data to ensure we have the right tool and data
  • Monitor overall CRM account / domain health on a monthly cadence
  • Be involved in briefs and project kick offs to properly architect solutions
  • and channel usage prior to building
  • Clarify, capture, and optimize requirements for execution agency to
  • build ad-hoc and automated communications

Budget management for growth inclusive of:

  • Managing tool utilization against budgets
  • Monitoring tool usage relative to budget and proactively manage when usage is over budget
  • forecasting martech budget needs based on tooling usage

  • 5+ years of technical marketing experience
  • Strong track record building sustainable, repeatable and scalable processes to
  • increase campaign velocity and accuracy
  • Email deployment experience in Iterable or an equivalent technology
  • Familiarity with basic scripting languages and concepts
  • Working familiarity with HTML/CSS
  • High technical aptitude with ability to quickly ramp up on internal nuances

  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams across the globe and within your
  • region
