They are tokenizing a $15 trillion investment market onto the blockchain.In this position, your time would be spent roughly as follows:- 30% building out the infrastructure to grow the in house engineering team.- 30% recruiting. Plan to hire 3 engineers asap, and 7-14 engineers within 1 year.- 30% working with the outsourced engineering team to architect and create the proof of concept product.- 5-10% fundraising, going to meetings with the CEOThe company will pay a salary up to $250k, plus equity and cryptocurrency which could be very lucrative. Qualifications:- Experience building financial services that were sold to financial institutions (not just to consumers).- Passion for blockchain, fintech, and DeFi.- 5+ years of engineering management experience.- 10+ years of industry experience as an engineer.
