Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: Facebook Marketing Partners & Developers are third party companies that help businesses succeed on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and the Facebook Audience Network by building solutions on our Marketing platforms and APIs. The Global Partner Marketing team creates marketing programs designed to inspire & educate these partners to develop innovative solutions and drive adoption of them. We are looking for an experienced marketer with global experience to lead this team.The Customer Marketing role leads strategy and execution of marketing our partner ecosystem to businesses on Facebook. You will help businesses understand the value of the partner ecosystem and adopt the right partners to help them grow. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the advertising industry and an ability to combine strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical rigor. You will be responsible for developing marketing programs that span across multiple channels including digital experiences, print, events, sales and more. This leader will also possess strong cross-functional skills, the ability to influence at executive levels of the organization and partner across a global marketing team to execute at a high level. This position is full-time and based in our Menlo Park office.Required Skills:

Manage a team of marketing managers

Build global customer marketing strategy to drive partner adoption and sustainable business growth

Develop and distribute the customer facing narrative and positioning for the Facebook Marketing Partner ecosystem

Build strong working relationships with leaders across Facebook sales, marketing and partnerships teams

Lead large cross functional teams including sales, marketing, data science, and engineering

Develop customer-centric content that inspires and educates businesses. Ensure content is compelling and integrated across channels including FB ads, emails, landing pages and more

Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive messaging across the user journey

Work hand-in-hand with designers and web developers to visually elevate the work

Identify right levers behind successful marketing content and iterate on those learnings

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

12+ years experience in developing and executing marketing programs

5+ years of experience managing and growing a team

Demonstrated experience using data to inform decision making and improve results

Proven leadership experience with experience influencing and executing across multiple teams

Experience engaging at an executive level with cross-functional groups

Experience working in markets outside of the US

Preferred Qualifications:

Avid Facebook user

Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
