As the Entry Level Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting and finance support functions, especially correctly entering large volumes of data into Microsoft Excel and ERP systems and databases. This Entry Level Financial Analyst role is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity and is based in San Francisco, California.How you will make an impact:Reviewing customer and account source documents for deficiencies
Adhering to policies and procedures when performing operations; reporting needed revisions
Compiling and sorting data for computer entry; establishing entry priorities
Following data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements
Performing special projects as assigned
Working with highly confidential materials
Providing support for data entry and additional administrative tasks
Requirements
Who you are:Proven computer skills
Microsoft Excel experience
Fulfill a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
High school diploma, GED, or other equivalent
Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
Possess strong Microsoft Excel skills
