RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Data Infrastructure Engineer to work remotely for our enterprise networking and cloud solutions client based in San Francisco, California (CA).
Summary:Our client is looking for a Data Infrastructure Analyst to join the Hardware organization's Analytics Team. As a Data Infrastructure Analyst, you will be the backbone of Meraki's hardware data. Working closely with the Data Analysts on the team, you will build and own the data tables and pipelines that help drive key decisions for hardware engineering teams. This role is more than just scripting. As part of your work, you will develop relationships with all the teams that provide our data across the enterprise.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical (STEM) field 1-2 years experience managing data tables and pipelines and maintaining ETL scripts Proficiency in SQL and Python, including query/script optimization and style guidelines Experience with Git or equivalent code review systems Experience with spreadsheets Ability to take initiative and work autonomously Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Strong communication skillsDesired Skills/Experience: Experience with workflow management software (e.g. Airflow) Experience with Linux Basic understanding of the concepts of data analysis and visualization (know what your partners will be using your data for)Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
