RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst in San Francisco, CA.

What You'll Do: Identify & Execute analyses that answers the most important questions driving the operations and growth of the business in partnership with the Marketing Team Maintain and develop our marketing reporting processes, tools, and data visualization to track daily performance and improve forecasting & modeling Act as the subject matter expert for all Marketing data, reporting, and attribution for channels including Paid Social, Search, Email, Push, and SMS and generate actionable insights which drive operational decisions and improve the efficiency of marketing spend allocation across these channels Influence cross-functional teams through presentation of insight-based recommendations Design and guide the building of Marketing data infrastructure and measurement models across the organizationSenior Marketing Analyst Analyze results from Product and Marketing A/B tests to inform strategic decision making & next steps Recommend marketing data standards and best practices to improve the quality of data and speed to insight

REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of relevant experience specifically in Marketing Analytics Experience solving ambiguous data problems Experience translating Marketing objectives into actionable analyses Experience working with large, complex datasets and a foundational knowledge of SQL Knowledgeable in one or more leading analytical platforms Proficiency in data modeling best practices for omnichannel marketing Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to explain technical/marketing concepts and implications to a broad audience An ability to work with a diverse group of collaborators Built attribution models for paid and non-paid marketing channels, including first touch, last touch and weighted multi touch. Created a daily web-scraper for importing data from a partnered DSP in lieu of using their API. Constructed a VBS (Value Based Scoring) model by segmenting our customers into tiers of quality, based on usage frequency and likelihood to be returning customers
