- Intune Management and Mobile MDM management
- Experience on Windows OSes, iOSes, Mac OSes environment.
- Desktop Engineering and SCCM
- Receives escalated incidents from Help Desk and Walkins.
- Use high degree of problem troubleshooting techniques to resolve incidents
- Contact followup with customer for assigned tickets meeting defined service levels and ITSM process
- Performs software installations utilizing software distribution tools
- Hardware Install Move Add Changes IMAC Activities
- Performs computer deployment duties including unboxing imaging, staging data transfer printer mapping asset installation deployment and providing post install and troubleshooting support to end users
- To be able to perform BreakFix of end user devices
- Asset Procurement and Disposal
- OS Image Patch Management and Software Deployments
- MS Outlook Skype for Business and other collaboration clients
- Experience in handled Conference room sweeps and Telepresence units
- Should have experience with white collar supports
- Printer management
