- Enterprise Architecture across Digital, E-Commerce domains
- Guide the Business and Product teams in potential capabilities to align with requirements needed for multiple initiatives
- Lead vendor selection for the new technologies, tools and capabilities. Define selection criteria, RFI, RFP, RFQ and make relevant vendor and product choices
- As the Digital, E-Commerce SME, spearhead all facets of client Digital Initiatives
- Drive innovation in the Digital and E-Commerce space (Cloud Adoption, Microservices, Omni-Channel initiatives, Personalization, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence)
- Lead discussions and work with respective teams in coming up with realistic and scalable strategy to implement Digital initiatives

- Extensive knowledge and proven experience with existing Digital, E-Commerce technologies and tools (E-Commerce Platforms, Digital Marketing Tools, Order Management Systems)
- Extensive experience in supporting large scale E-Commerce and Digital presence
- Experience with next generation technologies to build digital experiences and capabilities is desired (AI, ML)
- Highly experienced in architecting modern architectures based on Cloud and Microservices
- Experience with one or more public clouds MS Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform
- Experience in ATG, Hybris, Websphere Commerce server.
- Experience with modern microservices architecture using Service Mesh, API Gateways, Native Cloud Technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Jack of All trades (Ability to have engaging and thoughtful discussions with large cross functional teams like Engineering, DevOps, Database, Networking, Infrastructure, Data, EDW as well as ability to deep dive into the specifics of a solution and ability to challenge and ask the right questions)
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- 4+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect
- 10+ years of experience with Digital and E-Commerce space (E-Commerce, Web Architecture, Order Management Systems, Loyalty, Digital Marketing)
