Our team provides services to companies throughout the electronic discovery lifecycle.The TeamDeloitte Discovery has been providing eDiscovery services to corporate legal and IT departments, their outside counsel, and government agencies for more than 20 years. Our primary objective is to help our clients address the complexities associated with eDiscovery and information governance through the delivery of a comprehensive set of services and solutions.Work you'll doYou will work directly with Deloitte's discovery team, the client and outside counsel to solve complex data issues. This work can take place directly at the client site or may be performed remotely from your home office or at our cutting edge Electronic Discovery Solutions Center ('EDSC') in Hermitage Tennessee. Here are just some of the things you will be doing:
Execute day-to-day project management activities for eDiscovery client engagements
Help prepare and present oral and written reports and presentations
Help define resource requirement
Supervise and train consultants
Work in a hands-on capacity with Relativity and other Discovery technologies
Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively, balance multiple client projects and the ability to multi-task.QualificationsRequired:
3+ years of eDiscovery Consulting experience
Demonstrated experience in the Discovery lifecycle including document collection, processing, review and production
1+ year experience working with Relativity
Understanding of e-discovery processes and tools and systems
Demonstrated ability to provide services involving accounting and business consulting projects participate in client presentations
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong project management skills
The ability to describe complex technical concepts and ideas to in non-technical terms
Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
Understanding of corporate law department operations
Information governance and document retention in the context of e-discovery
Ability to provide strategy and operations design and implementation services
Experience in professional services firm

This compensation range is specific to Jersey City and California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
