- Leave program administration: record leaves of absences in Workday, coordinate leave pay with Payroll team, serve as liaison between Client and 3rd party leave administrator, answer tier 1 tickets on leaves
- ADA Accommodations program administration: serve as the liaison between Client and 3rd party ADA administrator, serve
- as liaison with managers and HRBPs on interactive process
- Workers' Comp. claims administration: coordinate claims submissions, serve as the liaison between workers' comp. adjuster and employee/manager
- HR Compliance reporting: analyze HR data and submit ad-hoc and annual HR reports such as EEOC, AAP and Vets 4212
- Process management: maintain, improve, and document processes for the programs above
- Partner with Client Benefits and HR Ops teams on implementing policy and process changes to programs above
- 2 -3 years experience in a similar role
- Extreme attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Workday experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with remote employee populations
- Strong customer service experience
