DescriptionHillie Yung (hillie.yung@officeteam.com) is seeking an Executive Assistant for a Real Estate Investment firm located in Downtown, San Francisco! As the Executive Assistant, the qualified candidate will work directly and support the CEO and Vice President. This candidate should have the ability to switch gears quickly and be able to efficiently multi-task in a fast paced environment. The potential candidate should also be Bilingual in English and Mandarin (read, write, and speak). Provide direct support to the CEO and Vice President

Communicate in English and Mandarin (read, write, and speak)

Assist with day to day activities including the coordination and management of meetings and schedules

Email management and other general office duties

Draft memos, emails, letters, and correspondences

Attend and take accurate meeting minutes

Arrange meetings and organize heavy calendar

Book domestic and international travel

Organize travel itineraries

Prepare documents and reports for meetings

Ensure CEO and VP are kept up to date on current itinerary

Conduct expense reports

Requirements

Degree Required

3+ years of strong Executive Assistant experience

MUST be Bilingual in English and Mandarin (read, write, and speak)

Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Proficient with Concur

Ability to remain professional and calm in a fast-paced environment

Ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail

Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks

Mail processing experience

Adaptable and flexible according to Executive's schedule and needs

Must have a strong backbone who can thrive under pressure

Polished and professional at all times

Ability to manage one's own time and work diligently and efficiently

Reliable, punctual, and respectful of others' time
