- Graduate in Engineering or Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in leading the team technically in data migration tasks involving GIS and non-GIS data
- Strong knowledge of Python, FME, ArcSDE
- Experience in large size Data migration project implementation
- Experience in ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS field maps
- Lead the migration requirements and roadmap (including the roadmap of legacy systems retirement)
- Works closely with clients and demonstrates individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the data migration tasks are completed are of the highest caliber
- Good understanding of migration, data reconciliation, and cleanup requirements
