Location: San Francisco, CA Salary: $40-$45/hr W2 Description: Our client is currently seeking a Help Desk Support Engineer III

Work Location: Fremont St, San Francisco, CA - (City & State: San Francisco, California). Onsite 5-days per week

Job Description: Provides support to all IT-related activities, assistance end users, coordination resolutions for end user issues, and follow-up to end user related IT problems and ensures resolution.

• Provide technical support over the onsite and over the phone for Customers Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues software and network issues on laptops and desktops Troubleshooting and resolving issues with software and printers.

• Create and manage tickets

• Setup new hardware and phone

• Inventory user equipment and e-waste older equipment

Manager Release Notes:

• Is the goal to convert the candidate from temp to FTE? There is a possibility that this candidate can apply for the Newton position for helpdesk in the SF office

• Outlook isn't working remote computing

• Overtime and don't shift weekends

• 200 tix weekly phone number or web interface to receive tix Moving to new office - this candidate will help with packaging and movers do the rest then unpack.

• How many years of experience will be required? For the contract we are looking for entry level, 1-2 years

• Is previous experience in the financial services industry required? Not required, but nice to have
