DescriptionOur SF client is searching for an HR Systems Analyst to oversee the incentive compensation application. The HR Systems Analyst must have experience with Varicent application, also known as IBM ICM or Cognos ICM. Administration of Varicent system Compensation calculations experience Understands system functionality. Identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to business and system processes. Sales Compensation and Long Term Incentives experience a plus. 3+ years’ experience in HR System application support for business analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
