- Good Knowledge on HVR Architecture on cloud or on-premise environment
- Expertise on HVR HUB & HVR agent installation and configuration setup
- Developing data ingestion scope, goals and identifying resources needed
- Gathering Data Mapping requirements
- Capturing and applying changes
- Good experience on configuration of the replication channels like CDC, Soft Delete, Filtering / Restrict data, Transformations and Additional data.
- Good experience on Scheduling full or partial load or refreshes
- Good experience on installing supporting tools and configuring database clients such as Snowflake, ODBC, Oracle, DB2 I, SQL server etc.
- Good experience on apply software patches / upgrades as necessary.
- Expertise at architecture design of HVR and estimate infrastructure requirements based on design.
- Good experience on Linux administration, Shell scripting and should have basic networking skills.
- Expertise on HVRHUB migrations from one server to another.
- Experience on alert setup for monitoring services health, storage management, memory management and HVR services start/stop automation.
- Able to gather and monitor statistics to assess the health of the hubs
- Experience on HVR maintenance utilities such as Log retention, Journal retention, Error alerts etc.
- Proactive Monitoring of platform and should work on incidents whenever users have issues with HVR platform.
- Manage platform under security compliances by following guidelines.
- Regular backup of HVR configuration files.
- Should have knowledge on LDAP integration and user management.
- Good to have knowledge on AWS services (EC2,S3,IAM policies, Security groups etc).
- Should have knowledge on Data and Analytics environment.
- Good trouble troubleshooting techniques
- Knowledge on SAP, SFDC and Snowflake DB connectivity would be advantage
