• Develop and maintain the required documentation of the program management office such as project charter, program milestone tracker, high-level timeline chart, organization chart, RACI• Gather and update weekly program status reports and weekly executive status reports• Track and collaborate with other team members to manage action items, risk, issues, and change requests• Support the Defect Management tracking, update, and closure to reduce thousands of defects and increase production performance• Monitor budget, timeline, and scope status across assigned area• Test Management support• SME support of end-users
