TITLE: IT Support Specialist- Entry Level
Location: San Francisco, CA (hybrid) One of our global banking client, is searching for an entry level, IT Support Specialist, to provide support to their San Francisco location What You'll Do:- Provide onsite and remote IT support to bank employees
- Perform daily health check on systems based on the monitoring procedure
- Report significant and recurring issues to the team leader and IT manager
- Enhance the operation procedure on an ongoing basis to ensure the accuracy of the procedure
- Work with team leader to continuously enhance operation automation and efficiency
- Assist IT manager and team leader to complete the administrative documentation
- Information technology related education background
- Basic knowledge of working Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 2012,2016 Servers)
- Knowledge of the SQL Language/SQL-based relational database System,(i.e, SQL server, Oracle,DB2, etc.) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of modern technology related to PC's and Servers, Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting
- Ability to conduct research into desktop hardware and software issues/products
- Must be available for special projects, system maintenance, system upgrades, etc.
- Mandarin fluency is a must
