As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be working on our webcasting platform products. You will be a part of a diverse and agile team working across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities- Build custom solutions in Java/JEE
- Will be responsible for writing APIs using REST/ Spring boot as needed
- Analyzing the prod issues and suggesting solutions independently
- Pair programming and code review.
- Ability to work independently.
- Implementing complex backend components in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Contribute to design and architecture discussion to enable secure, scalable and maintainable software
- Provide troubleshooting and 2nd-tier support for existing applications.
- Self-starter and passionate individual.
- 8+ years of development experience in back-end architecture.
- Strong expertise in Java/JEE, JPA and Spring framework.
- Strong knowledge on caching frameworks.
- Strong SQL knowledge required
- First-hand experience in optimization techniques.
- Discipline to document ideas and code in a clear, comprehensive and organized manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Linux experience is a bonus
