- Audit and reconcile payroll registers, validate accuracy and completion of data for 15 entities across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM
- Partner with accounting to research open reconciliation items
- Address payroll system/integration errors and work on system enhancements and reporting
- Address cross-functional requests and respond to employee emails requiring a more complex response
- Support various ad hoc projects
- Experience processing and approving international payrolls
- Experience in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM payroll
- Experience building and scaling internal processes
- Able to juggle multiple responsibilities and deadlines
- Cross-functional leadership, process improvement mindset, and results-focused
