Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Lead Application Developer (Cloud) for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities :
- As a scrum team member, design and develop cloud native application code as per business requirements
- Participate in all scrum ceremonies to facilitate appropriate planning and development.
- Collaborate with QA team to build automated tests.
- Participate in peer code-review and provide constructive feedback
- Guide and coach developers to learn and apply best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps team in building IaC using Terraform
- Assist in setting up CI/CD pipeline, release management using Gitlab
- 7+ years of related development experience in an enterprise environment
- Development experience with the below tech stack must include:
- Java
- AWS
- Lambda
- API Gateway
- S3, S3 Static Web Hosting
- AWS Batch, AWS Step Functions
- Container technologies like ECR, ECS, AWS Fargate, Docker
- Familiarity with IAM Roles and policies
- Monitoring technologies like AWS CloudWatch, EventBridge, CloudTrail, SNS
- Application configuration services like AppConfig, SSM parameter store and Secrets Manager
- DNS and Network Security like Route 53
- Angular Framework
- DynamoDB and RDS
- Gitl
