Manage Digital HR Transformation Programs (i.e. ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, and Workday) involving strategy, implementation support, and optimization across the HR Operating Model

Lead engagement teams to define a modern HR operating model that is oriented towards world class employee and digital service experience

Support go-to-market activities for our Digital HR and Enterprise Service Experience Modernization Solutions

Work with our technology, analytics and adoption services peers to tailor comprehensive HR Transformation solutions for our clients that provide value driven-outcomes

Qualifications:Minimum of five years of experience with HR technology, HR Service Deliver and Operating Model, and People Analytics as well as modern platforms (i.e. ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, and Workday)

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university

Background in human-centered design and employee experience-oriented platforms and solutions; preferred background in ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, Salesforce, or SAP/SuccessFactors

Experience with full life cycle digital HR Transformation and Service Delivery supporting Shared Service or Cloud delivery solutions including ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP and other HR Technology implementations experience

Detailed understanding of HR function, processes, and best practices with strong experience leading engagement activities related to project planning, requirements gathering, design sessions and full deployment life cycle
