- You will own all of this companies US revenue within the AppMod market circa $50 million per annum and an annual booking target of circa $35 million per annum
- Devise and execute organic growth strategy, spotting opportunities, targeting net new customer acquisitions and key customer retentions
- Drive our M&A strategy within App Mod, identifying, evaluating opportunities, and integrating target companies
- Work closely with our sales team on key flagship opportunities and ensure the bookings plan are met annually
- Work closely with your professional services, development, and product development teams to ensure the revenue targets are achieved and that the high NPS score of +60 is maintained
- Act as a figurehead and key industry spokesperson within the App Mod market
- Champion Customer Success in the AppMod business to ensure all customers see value from their investment and become evangelists for the company
- Build and enhance key Partner relationships with the Global SI's
- Act as a figurehead for their North American business, including functions outside of App Mod, helping the company to build and grow a strong presence in the market
- You will have an established track record within the application modernization space, having previously worked in leadership roles within the sector
- You'll have very strong Sales experience, having worked on very large, very complex deals covering a variety of solutions and client requirements
- You'll have previous experience of owning and delivering to revenue targets, including the targeting of net new customers acquisitions
- You'll ideally have a strong delivery and operational background used to managing complex migration projects with business-critical applications
- You'll bring strong people leadership skills with a track record of leading high performing teams and developing individuals
- An entrepreneurial, customer-focused approach with a range of strategic ideas, built from previous experience of operating businesses in the application modernization sector
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to bring together different parts of the business and different stakeholders to support revenue aims
- You will bring a significant, deep understanding of the App Mod space, and its future landscape
