- We need resource to have knowledge on .Net 70% and Delphi 30% will be good.
- Technical Knowledge on .Net and Delphi for production sustainment application support experience in Delphi and .Net windows applications.
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft Visual Studio .Net IDE using C#.Net, ASP.NET MVC, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Good Knowledge on Delphi language.
- SQL Server Database design, Database maintenance, developing T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers using SQL Server 2005/2008/2012.
- Responsibilities of the resourcing involved in providing development and sustainment support assistance based on priority, urgency, escalation and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Good understanding of architecture of different enterprise application to enable better in troubleshooting of environment issues, Application Problem Solving with coordinating with stakeholders and understanding requirements.
- Proactive in nature, identifying problems in advance and looking for continuous service improvement opportunities
- Handling the status calls on daily basis with client and offshore teams and track the offshore deliverables according to the client needs.
- Collection of requirements regarding the new enhancements and documentation.
- Co-ordinate with IT teams for timely delivery of the work items with the highest quality.
- Preparing and Reviewing understanding document with Customer and getting sign off.
- Need to work from client position at CA (when the offices reopen).
- Review all offshore deliverables from offshore
