- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and scale the investment process, drive sales enablement, and support product selection by both the portfolio management and sales consultants.
- Develop deskside applications, analytic insights, analytic models, and technical solutions that align with the Firm's strategic focus areas including model portfolios, ETFs and ESG.
- Prototype solutions and partner with technology departments to transform tactical deliverables into scalable products with commercial impact.
- Oversee technology-related initiatives, with strong project management and communication skills: set the roadmap, drive tone, provide direction to individual team members, drive execution and results, and communicate out to partners.
- Build inclusive teams across the community of internal groups and influence key partners and project sponsors to achieve greater consensus.
- At least 6-8 years in a highly analytical role in a technology or financial services setting.
- Strong critical thinking and confirmed leadership experience using technology to solve problems at scale.
- Degree in business, computer science, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or another quantitative field of study.
- Relentless desire for understanding how processes work. Creativity in solving unconventional problems, entrepreneurial drive to learn new skills and technologies.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Python, SQL, and UNIX. Front-end web development (Angular, React) is a bonus.
- Superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly.
- Ability to work both independently and through teams in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Experience in product and project management; Ability to successfully manage multiple workstreams with clear, transparent communication, as well as time management skills are required.
